The Gerwetsch Suite is currently under construction and will be finished at the end of October 2025. It fuses contemporary design with the spirit of the mountains and evokes a feeling of peace and tranquility in the exclusive Alpine village of Zermatt.
Located on the ground floor with views of the Höhbalmen this suite has a beuatifully styled king bedroom which can also be made up with twin beds, there are handmade built in wardrobes and oak floors with underfloor heating. The bathroom has a stone floor with bath, shower and WC. It is located 100 metres from the Klein Matterhorn Express.
There is a communal wellness with swimming pool, swim jet, sauna, steam room, outdoor jacuzzi as well as a a small fitness room. We have a massage room where our in-house therapist can offer Swedish massage, Indian head massage, foot or full-body massage as well as manicures, pedicures and facials.
Next to the suite is the El Alamein that can be booked singularly or in conjunction with the Gerwetsch suite to make a 2 bedroom lodge.
The centre of the village is 8 minutes walk and the Klein Matterhorn Lift is 1 minute walk.
This is a self-catered property with Zermatt Ski Chalets concierge services, pre-arrival fridge fills and a daily bread and pastry delivery service.
